For any pre-orders or special orders, a deposit may be required, with the balance due before dispatch.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Orders cancelled before dispatch are refundable in line with our Refund Policy.

Once an order has shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
5. Failed or Returned Payments
