30-Day Returns
You have 30 days from the date the customer received the product. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please start a return online or contact our customer service team. We'll guide you through the process and provide you with any necessary instructions. Alternatively you can return the item along with the purchase invoice to the address below.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Please keep any postage receipt incase you need to track the item and as your proof of postage.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please note the following:

No Restocking Fee: We do not charge any restocking fees for returns.

Processing Time: Once Returned , it will take 5 working days to process the refund. The refund will be processed back onto the original payment method.
