At Padel Co, we are committed to delivering your orders efficiently and safely. Please review our shipping policy below for information on processing, shipping times, costs, and other important details.
1. Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1 working day (Monday–Friday, excluding major holidays) after payment is confirmed.
- Orders placed before 12:00 PM UK time are usually dispatched the same day when possible.
- During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience during these times.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather delays, carrier issues, bank holidays, peak shopping times).
UK Standard Shipping
- Delivery locations: At the customer’s address
- Order cut-off time: 12pm UK time (Monday–Friday)
- Handling time: 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday)
- Transit time: 2–4 business days (Monday–Friday)
- Estimated delivery time: 3–6 business days

For orders under £49.95, shipping costs are set at £3.99
All items are shipped with Royal Mail tracked; a tracking number is provided after the order has been dispatched. Once the order has been scanned by Royal Mail the tracking number will be active, and an estimated arrival day will be provided as the order travels through the Royal Mail network.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
You can track the status of your order by clicking on the tracking link provided in the email or by entering your tracking number on the Royal Mail tracking website. If a phone number has been provided, a shipping text message will also be provided by Royal Mail.
Please allow up to 24-48 hours for tracking information to become active after you receive your shipping confirmation.
4. Packaging
Padel Co takes great care in packaging your orders to ensure they arrive in excellent condition. Padel rackets are carefully protected with appropriate materials to prevent damage during transit.
5. Damaged or Lost Shipments
Damaged in Transit: If your order arrives damaged, please document the damage with photographs immediately upon receipt and contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery. Retain all original packaging materials. We will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue.
Lost Shipments:
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, or if it has been an unreasonable time since your order shipped with no tracking updates, please contact us. We will initiate an investigation with the shipping carrier. Please note that investigations can take several business days to complete.
6. Incorrect Shipping Information
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and complete.
Padel Co is not responsible for delays or losses incurred due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any re-shipping charges.
7. Delivery Acceptance
For larger padel orders, it is highly recommended that someone is present to accept and inspect the delivery.
Before signing for the delivery, carefully inspect the package(s) for any visible signs of damage. If damage is apparent, note it on the delivery receipt before signing and take photos. Alternatively, you can refuse the delivery from the courier, and the goods will be returned to Padel Co.
